Forward your requests for repairs to the landlord and provide prompt feedback with regards to what needs to be done, when it will be done, and who will act to carry out the work.
Once the property has been offered we will require a month’s rent deposit, a month’s rent in advance, and a one off payment of £90.00 inclusive of V.A.T. as a set up fee to cover referencing identity, immigration and visa confirmation, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability as well as contract Negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement.
